Corporate Theft: The Dark Side of Planet Fitness

I want to raise my frustration with this organization. Can someone please explain to me why am I forcefully being ******ed to pay for a service I no longer have any interest in? I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for the past two years and clearly, that is not happening. I DO NOT WANT TO GYM WITH YOUR COMPANY!

Lastly, I have not touched a foot at your premises in years. THIS IS ******ION IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

This is an email I sent last year March 2024 and to date, this is still happening.

I want to address an issue that has been going on for over 12 months. I have not utilized Planet Fitness facilities for over 12 months yet monthly installments were being deducted from my personal bank account. I once visited Planet Fitness Montana, Pretoria because my 2-year contract had ended and the lady assisting me made it such a hustle to cancel the membership something that is still occurring till today 3 years later.

You guys just do not want to cancel my membership in order to dreadfully suck money out.

A company Resaya Recovery has been debiting an amount of R350 for 10 months summing up to R3500 to date (27 March 2024).

I called once again wanting to cancel my membership I was told my account is in arrears for an amount of approximately R2500.

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS NONSENSE!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠
