Contractual integrity

After entering into a contract, there appears to be alot of red tape and additional issues. When I raised my grievances, the Manager stated that he needs to investigate, despite my complaint relating to general issues. The Manager did not call me back. Instead the sales consultant called and tried to convince me of contractual wording, which simply is not plausible. When I requested a copy of my contract, it again posed issues, which is non sensical. I then e.mailed my argument to them yesterday and they have not even acknowledged receipt of my email. It really shows that management has limited authority to make decisions and shy away from problem solving by relying on protocols despite the fact that it does not align with contractual wording. When questioning the legality of the contract, no.one is in a position to apply their minds, yet they rely on wording which is not defined? Surely there should be better interaction with clients and some accountability from an individual assuming a management role.
