Contract termination

I have been a member of planet fitness since 22July 2015 the contract ended recently but I am still being harassed with endless messages about not making payments although I sent an email requesting for my contract to be terminated and not to be placed on auto renewal. This is **************** as I haven't even been using their facilities. Please help before I get unfairly blacklisted.
