Contract Issues.. Nothing has been done

I Posted a complaint on hello peter on the 13th of July 2015. I got a response and a call in the same week. I was told to email through my contract to them which i did. i got such a speedy reply after my hello peter post that i thought maybe this could be resolved quickly... What the hell was i thinking... I still have not heard anything from them and it is a whole month and a half later. Even the consultants at the branch have been following up but still nothing.<br> <br> Why do they do as they please and we, the people who pay these *********** fools must just live with it.<br> <br> Planet Fitness.....
