Contract *****ulantly initiated

<p>In February we went to Planet Fitness Bedford Centre, upon arrival they wouldn't allow my 18year old daughter saying she was not part of the contract anymore, she need her own contract. We were taken to see Pablo who said I should pay R90 odd for my daughter to gym that day and a further R4200 odd for a new contract. I told him I would only be able to take out a contract end of March, but he insisted I should sign the documents in the meantime and bring her ID and student card the following day. I however phoned to say that I did not want to take out a contract for my daughter as she got a job as an Au-Pair and would be out of the country mostly. On the 1st of March I got a suprise when two unauthorized debit orders went through my bank. I logged a call on the website, only received a phone call on the 8th, I explained to Pauline Makhubela the events, she said she would contact Pablo and sort out my complaint, I however did not receive another phone call and asumed it was sorted out. Next thing another debit order of R653.21 was taken of my bank account on the TWENTY EIGHT, I yet again phoned and spoke to Annah who could trace my complaint and confirmed nothing was done because they couldn't get hold of PABLO, Pablo phoned me back later today denying he could remember our agreement and said he never got my message to cancel and that is why he initiated the debit orders. First of all, I never gave him my banking details, he obtained it from my own contract, we never gave him a copy of my daughters ID, yet he says he has a copy, once again obtaining the information from my own contract. When I told him I never authorised him to debit my bank, he said "well, you signed for it". I rep**** that I did not sign for it, and he basically just brushed me off by saying, yes you did sign. With other words, the documents he asked me to sign was a full contract and he **********ly obtained my banking details to pay for a contract on my daughters name. Nice one PABLO hope you got your smile for tricking us into a ********** contract. </p>
