Contract expired - never resigned

Disgusted that after over 2 years i get an email from Saya Recoveries to say if i do not pay and amount of R12,000 by end of November 2015 i will be ITC listed. I have not received a statement from Planet Fitness since July 2013, and not once do you email or call to tell me that i am still being billed! Pathetic and very unprofessional service. I will never make use of a Planet Fitness gym again. And seeing as though word of mouth is the best advertising, neither will anyone else i mention this to.
