Contract cancelled - Debit orders still go off

I cancelled my contract and paid the cancellation fee within 24hours as required! This was done in February. I still have not received confirmation of cancellation and a debit order still went off even after I called them numerous times. I have sent about 12 emails to ask for a credit, no response!!<br> Very bad service from the call centre!!
