CONTRACT CANCELLED, BUT GET BILLED

I have cancelled my Planet Fitness nearly two years ago, went through the entire process of cancellation and now all of a sudden I get a message that my account is handed over to some collectors which I now owe over R5K. This is absurd! My contract was cancelled and I never had to pay or been debited another cent and now all of a sudden I get slammed with a bill like this?!<br> <br> Planet Fitness you better sort this out!
