Contract cancellation refund

<p>I signed a contract with Planet fitness on the 25th September and cancelled it on the 29th September due to the fact that I found a closer gym to my place. This then meaning that by the 15th October I should get my money back but when I went to inquire at the gym from Shaun I was advised that I’ll only get my money after 30 days. I have a problem with this because clearly it’s in breach of the Consumer Prptection Act. All I need is some an assurance from Planet fitness that my money will be refunded to me by the legally stipulated time (15 days) instead of adding another month after waiting 10 days already.</p>
