Contract cancellation - early cancellation fee

I signed up for a contract at the Mega Club in Centurion Dec 2014, but have since relocated to CPT. There is no club near to where I live now and I contacted PF to cancel my contract. My fees are paid up until Dec 2015. We have registered with Rapid registrations and up till this very day we are still waiting for our business to be registered. Every time I call in the consultants give the same old story that there is a backlog and they apologise for the delay. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor service. False advertising is so wrong.
