Contract Cancellation

We have been trying to cancel a contact since July 2017 We have immigrated to Zambia, we no longer reside in South Africa and therefore need these contracts cancelled immediately.

When calling the call center, you are requested to send a cancellation email, which is simply being ignored.

This type of service is simply unacceptable.
