Continuous billing issues. They stole my money and will not refund it.

I do not recommend Planet Fitness. I have requested an urgent refund on 1 March due to them deducting money from my account TWICE. They still will not refund even though I’ve sent bank statements proving the money has been deducted twice. Highly unhappy. And this is one of many financial instances I’ve had with them.
