Continous bad service

<p>I joined Planet Fitness Just Gym in Newtown Junction five months ago and it has been a continous nightmare. i enjoy attending group exercise - aerobics, the challenge we facing here is that there seem to be no s****ed or trained professionals to train us, in the past 5 months we have had 2 good trainers but they didnt last due to internal clashes with management, in the meantime we are left with the inhouse staff who do not not what they are doing, are not s****ed nor are they professionals to train us. We have been complaining to management but our cries seem to fall on deaf ears. There are no mats (for our floor exercises), no steps, not enough dumb bells.. we are told the same story -that they have placed an order for new equipment but it seems to be on back order - it has been 5 months and counting - surely as a big company like Planet Fitness they could make another plan. what i have picked up is that they do not seem to care about the people at the gym whether we getting our monies worth but just want our money. The service at this gym is really appauling, we cannot be made to pay month after month and they not meeting their part of the agreement. please note "we" stand for a number of members who are also not happy and i have it on good record that this has been going on for a long time now - good trainers not lasting at the gym. Planet Fitness needs to hire professionals and stop forcing down non trainers down our throat - their attitude seems to be of a take it or leave it!</p>
