Contacting me regarding a membership fee

They keep on contacting me the past 5 months more than 7 times a month regarding a membership enquiry i left on their website. Ive been a member for a year now and they keep on phoning me even if i tell them to stop. I told them i want to speak to the manager and steve ended the phone call in my ear!! P.S the he was supposed to tell the manager the first time to phone me back as he was in a meeting then steve phoned me again regarding the same enquiry 2 days later (thats when i asked for the manager again and he ended the call) . I phoned planet fitness and told them i want his number but they said they will give him my contacting details so i gave it to them!! And when i asked when he would phone me they told me he will only be back monday!!! I am so upset as they also charged me extra this month after i signed a contract for 2 years!!! This is terrible service!!!!!!
