Consultants lying over pricing.

I have whatsapp conversations between myself and the club agent (waterkloof branch) where my monthly fee was discussed and I was happy with the terms so I decided to join.. To my surprise I am billed 3xs more than what was discussed, I am happy the conversation took place on whatsapp and phone call.. I am going to post the conversation on all social media sites and post my statement as to what they are debiting me.
