Consultant blatantly ignores me

BRACKENFELL BRANCH Consultant - DANNY/DANIELLE/DANNI

They were running a special on refer-a-friend and get one month free off your gym membership upon the friends successful registration. The consultant is now just ignoring my messages and follow ups about my free month off. No feedback from the branch whatsoever

I am highly disappointed, paying over R700 pm for this **** customer service.

I will be leaving this gym and won’t refer anyone ever again
