Considering another gym

I've been going to this gym for about 4 months now and my debit order came back monthly ever since. The bank informed me that it wasn't my problem as there was efficent funds on time every time for the payment. I've decided not to make a fuss about it (nor the fines I had to pay every time) but rather to put the depit order on another account and hope for the best. But then I noticed that this problem occured not only on my account. <br> <br> When I went to the gym this morning, myself and two of my friends left without gyming and very upset. We learned only this morning when entering that this happened again with one of our group members and she was not offered to pay a prorata with cash she had on her- until she can bring her purse with her workout tomorrow, nor the option to gym until she can sort her payment tomorrow but neither would they have let her black tag on my account. The admin manager was of no help and would portray a much better image for the bussiness if she was in a position where she would not deal with clients.<br> <br> Atleast the staff infront was of better help but I was still upset about the after service this gym provides and my workout I missed after this embarrasment.
