Conflicting Internal Information wrt Freezing of Account and Cancellation of Black Tag

Yesterday I spoke to Prince Nyathi and Mpomo Ngoveni from the Wanderers branch who informed me that if I freeze my contract for 6 months, the first 2 months will be free. They also told me that I will not have to pay a cancellation fee for the black tag since I have not used it and did not sign any contract for it. Today, a consultant from the call centre told me that I will not be able to freeze my account for free for the first 2 months and that I will have to pay a cancellation fee for this black tag.

This conflicting information is extremely frustrating! Please can someone get back to me!
