Concern Regarding Immediate Dismissal of Personal Trainer Rock

Dear Planet Fitness Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent dismissal of a personal trainer Rock at the Meadowdale branch. Many members, including myself, have chosen this gym specifically because of the excellent service provided by this trainer, and we have paid our membership fees in full with the expectation of continuing under his guidance.

The immediate termination of this trainer without a thorough and transparent investigation has negatively impacted our experience. If this issue is not properly addressed and the trainer is not reinstated following a fair investigation, we may be left with no choice but to consider terminating our membership.

We value the quality of service provided by your gym but feel strongly that this situation requires immediate attention. We look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
