Con artists and ******. May I mention lazy consultants.

Planet fitness deserves a 0 star rating. If possible a minus rating. I signed a contract 2019 August, cancelled it a month later. The consultant didn't cancel and didn't mention anything about amy cancelation fees. 2 years later I get a call saying I owe R6500 for an account I cancelled Nd a account Wer as to I didn't get a membership card for because I cancelled. Up to now they refuse to fix their error and are tarnishing my name. I am very furious. Even at the current consultant who was rude as hell and refused to help or put me through anywhere. I don't know what to do anymore, but one thing I know is that I will not pay an account which they now say I owe R8000+ on which I know I cancelled. Mind u last month they said R6500
