Con Artists

Chancers say 1 thing but contract says another. Cannot Trust told 1 thing and told amounts. Contract is done on a phone and when you ask for it you get told it will be emailed. Free joining fee free for balance of this month. Due to my age R699.00 per month plus R 99 for buddy tag. Contract has joining feeR350.00 pro Rata fee R300 and monthly R799 and R99 for buddy tag. Sent 3 emails to branch within 4 days ( Cooling down period) NO RESPONSE. Emailed customer service was rep**** to and informed would contact me within 72 hrs?? 3 days no response Emailed again same reply but no response. Phoned customer service cancelled and was told would receive a verification email. 5 days later nothing.
