Completely Unacceptable

The result of a 4 week battle with Planet Fitness has resulted in an unaccountable possitioning from their HR department. HR's Ryno Strydom's conclusion has resulted in the matter been possitioned at \how the clinet feels about the situation\" and an offer to cancel my contract. Planet Fitnes has chosen to vindicate their staffs behaviour instead of dealing with the problem at hand. If client dissatisfaction is chosen over proper protocols being instilled within the company that prevent staff unprofessional conduct and encourage client retention then my question is- why even open a contract with Planet Fitness if client satisfaction is not high on the agend? Clients are rather considered as disposable rather than valuable. My advice to anyone considering opening a contract wih Planet Fitness is that rather do not waste your time and money and go open accounts with another gym. I speak from experience here. They are a disgrace. The staff to be aware of at Planet Fitness are Mathatsi Mokgola, Titus Maldzara and Beauty Kadimeng. Given the demographic of the staff I am convinced of a racially motivated agenda amongst them. "
