In 2001 I purchased a 10yr contract through Planet fitness. At the end of this contract period it states that once the contract ended in 2011, we would be charged an annual 10% escalation based on our monthly fee in 2001. This has not happened and since 2011, without any authorisation Planet Fitness has started debiting our account well in excess of double the amount we had been paying. Although I have spoken to numerous \customer service"representatives"
