complete lack of customer service and management from Rustenburg branch and head office

<p>1.Refusal of upfront contract that could be read before hand .</p> <p>2.Sales consultents does not inform you about the specifics details on contracts </p> <p>3.Management only believs staff members and besically tells clients in his face that he is lying.</p> <p>4.Head office consultents refuse to put you through to higher management.</p> <p>5.When you get through to management they dont ever get back to you after numerous complaints.</p> <p>6.Rustenburg branch manager has exactly same attidute and just does't get back at you as he promises .</p> <p>7.Speciffic questions about your current health just get filled in as no and they dont question you about it at all.,</p> <p>8.Management as well as head office are not prepaired to listen to the complaint and atleast be considerate to specific complaint.</p> <p>9.All in all the basic attitude is that they are prepared to change mistakes consultent made but have a dont care attitude towards clients lack of infomation and therefor client gave incorrect information .</p> <p>10.Staff on floor are insurficiantly trainnerd to answer any questions in general </p> <p> </p>
