Complete disregard for the fact that people don’t have jobs

How are you taking debit orders from people’s accounts who cancelled contracts more than 2 months ago? I have sent multiple emails and contacted the numbers you have on your website. I have sent emails to multiple email addresses but my cancellation is just being ignored. Is this how you treat people? I have been unemployed since April and explained his situation to you yet NO ONE has gotten back to me. I am disgusted by how you disregard people’s positions in the current situation.
