Complaint utterly furious

Utterly disgusted with planet fitness. I am completely disappointed on the service with planet fitness. Me and my family signed a 6 months contract of R99 with planet fitness no one corresponded with us that after the 6 months contract signed that it will continue for a further 2 years. They stated that after the 6 months ended someone will contact us to see if we want to continue. No one from planet fitness contacted us regarding the above.

Planet fitness keeps on deboting my account without my permission and now has handed me over.

This is against my consent and did not agree to the further 2 years contract which I did not agree to.

This is false advertising on behalf of planet fitness and is totally unacceptable. I have reached out to planet fitness regarding this matter Noone is coming back to me. This is unacceptable, we didn't even get the contract signed with planet fitness.

This is utter nonsense and the legal department keeps on phoning my family after numerous of times this was explained to them
