Complaint planet fitness the marc disgusting service by a person named Banny

I have been with planet fitness wanderers for over 7 years.I just took a transfer to the new gym called the marc.My son who is 9 yrs old was refused entrants to the gym whereas wanderers and rosebank always allowed him without any issue.I have read the terms and conditions at the entrance of the marc and im within my rights.A staff member by the name of Banny screamed and insulted myself and my son infront of other club members and refused me entrance as well and im paying my membership fees and its totally unacceptable.Just a word of advice a lady like this is bad for business and she shouldnt be employed in your company.Im humiliated and very upset with the way i was treated. She also refused to contact Mr Frame the general manager.I hope to receive a response urgently as im very keen to take this matter to the media
