Complaint: PLANET FITNESS SPRINGS MALL

Good Day,

I'd like to lodge a complaint against Planet Fitness Springs Mall. I app**** for gym membership with Eric Van der Mesch early May 2019 under false pretense.

He advised us of a promotion that they were running for R199.00 advised that there would be a once off debit of R 99 for black tag that would allow both me and my husband to use their facilities. Only to find that the R99 black tag payment is over a period of 12 months and that we would need to pay an additional R100 for my husband to gym as well.

I lodged multiple complaints and requested for cancellation. The Club manager Jaco advised that this would be escalated to Head office as the cancellation had been after the cooling off period. I keep following up on this cancellation which was apparently logged more than a month ago and still haven't received proper feedback.

I need this membership cancelled asap.
