Complaint. Planet fitness is disgusting

My membership ended in April. I was never even notified of this, I contacted them just as a courtesy to confirm cancelation but was told I need to give a 30 day calendar notice. I did that. And someone by the name of Happy called me to confirm my membership is canceled effective end of May and my last debit order will go off 25 May.. It is June now, my account has been debited. I called them this morning and their telling me I need to wait 14 days for the refund. My contract is canceled, they had no authority to debit my account in June. I want my money now.
