Complaint

I have never set my foot in their gym. But they have taken money from my account on several occasions. They are not easily accessible. They do not send any statements they send smses which cannot be rep****. They don’t send email they are not contactable. I’ve been to the gym many times they promise to report to the admin office to contact me and stop the debit order. I’ve been waiting they just keep sending me smses saying I owe them. No statement of account or anything.
