COMPLAINT ABOUT PLANET FITNESS BENONI

Good day. two years ago Planet Fitness in Benoni recruited a few of us from work. We one afternoon visited the branch as we were called to join the gym. Because of Finances at the time i for one indicated that i was not ready to join the gym. We (a friend and i) were given 7 days tria out to see if we like the facility. The next week i showed up to the gym and tried out for a week. the following week the access tags we were given were disabled, i then assumed that the tria out is exhausted. We tried to get hold of the consultant who signed us up (Terrance) but he was on leave and was not interested in solving our predicament. I am now getting endless messages from Planet Fitness to say that i owe them money. I stand a chance of being black listed if i do not solve the matter but it seems no one from Planet Fitness wants to assist.
