Complaint about ******* debits when contract was cancellec

My name is Busisiwe Zondo. I joined planet fitness through sanlam reality in February and my premuim was R259 a month. My reality membership was then cancelled which meant all benefit cease to exist. I then cancelled my membership with planet fitness in June and I was told it has been cancelled. Suprisingly they debited my account in July and August respectively for R624. I sent them a query and they said my query has been closed, however they still have the nerve to debit. I am sick of this as they are not trustworthy. I want nothing to do with them and they should back off.
