Complaint about a service remendered at Planet Fitness

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have complained to the manager at Planet Fitness Centurion near John Foster road about couple of things I was promised when I joined the gym. I was assisted by Khuli who promised a free Personal trainer for the first month and a bag when I join the gym and didn't explain that I have to go to the gym 16 times before I get it.</p> <p>My reason for joining the gym was to loose weight but now I don't see any progress in to what i'm supposed to achieve and no one is assisting me regarding that matter. I have been communicating with the manager from the 24th of November even today he hasn't rep**** to any of my emails.</p> <p>Even the staff will treat you like you won a voucher or something not a customer who's paying and looking for results.</p> <p>regards</p> <p>Refilwe Mabusela</p>
