Complaint

Planet fitness agents convince you so much to get a membership with the gym, which is their job really but when you need their help they are hardly there to help. I canceled my gym membership in May and I received an email with the cancelation fee and references to use for my payment. I paid the amount of R1217 and was debited again on the 25th. I called my bank and informed them that I had paid cancelation fee so planet fitness shouldn't have debited and they returned the funds to my account. I've spoken to many consultants about this issue and was asked to send my POP as well as my bank statement but still nothing as being done. I'm getting sms's and got called today about my account being in arrears even after I made the payment 2 months ago. Planet fitness is honestly being negligent in this issue and really showing no remorse for people who might be badly affected by the lockdown and the consequences of that thereof.
