I decided to call the branch and requested to speak to Kim who promised me a call back and I've been waiting since then. If I did obviously I would have responded to the matter immediately like I'm doing now, and please also confirm which banking details do you have saved under my profile. I honestly don't understand how a debit order never went through. Not even an attempt was made by Planet fittnes I've confirmed that with my bank and it's not like it even bounced because there was no money. Planet fitness did not even attempt which is what confuses me. </div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">Surely Planet fitness has my email address i don't understand why no one even sent me an email or one of the stuff even tried to call me regarding this. Instead I receive a threatening text message from a third party agency. I'm very upset and will be taking this matter forward. You have messed up my credit record failing which to communicate with me first. I'm a student and I'm expected to pay a whole R680.00 just out of no where. It's really strange that I am now receiving text messages from Debt agency but never from you. Biggest lie ever!!!!!! </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>I am going to do everything I can and in my power to make sure that my bank can prove that Planet fittnes never attempted to debit any amount from my bank and once that has been proven I am canceling my contract with Plannet fittnes immediately and I will not be paying any early termination fees or whatever and I will be going somewhere else. Somewhere professional.</div> <div> </div> <div>Imagine the embarrassment I would have had on Monday, because I was planning on going back to gym.
