COMPLAIN AND CANCELATION OF MEMBERSHIP

I want to cancel my membership with immediate effect.. I am totally not happy with the treatment I get from one of the male sales manager. Planet fitness has a group whatsapp and the main admin blocked me because I didn't agree to what he wanted from me.. Now I don't get any updates I just see people commenting to show that he has send something on the group so what am I paying for???? I want to cancel without being penalized.. I cannot gym and be harrast at the same time
