Complain about planet fitness gym

Hello Peter My name is Happiness Mooney I joined planet fitness last week I went to the one near me as I was referred by Yolandi, she was helping me to register with them and I did register now when I want to cancel for my personal purposes she gave a number to call, and she said if they are not helping me I must came back to her. When I was calling the customer service centre I was told that I need to pay a cancellation fee of R3,196. Yolandi never explain to my that I am signing the contract of 2 years, she never explain to me the terms and conditions, she said yilo I must signed and she showed me were I must signed now it’s my problem because I signe the contract that no one bothered to explain to me. I tried to explain to those people in call centre First Lady was Sharon second time I spoke to Duze and Deneo they said there is nothing they can do for me I need to pay that amount for cancellation Please assist me I need help Regards Happiness Mooney
