Company impossible to contact and not responding to emails.

I will try and have as much facts in the review as possible. The reason I'm on hellopeter is that I have tried to rectify my problem directly with Planet fitness but with no success. To start with, I could not enter the gym I go to and firstly was told my debt order did not go off. I sent proof of payment and the next time I wanted to go to gym I was still blocked. By now all the staff don't know what is wrong, but eventually find out my levy was not paid. Here I have to say, I knew nothing about a levy, but it means one pays 13 months to attend 12 months. Anyway, I'm unemployed and only put money into my account as I do odd work and get paid. So needless to say I did not make provision for that payment. I have then continued to try and make contact with their head office with no success. I mailed them and received a mail to say that someone will contact me within 72 hours - nothing heard from them! I am Still trying to resolved this issue, as I want to attend the gym. The official mail received from them has a link to their website or a telephone number to phone in case it's urgent. The best is the web page, when you click on it, does not exist and neither does the phone number given ?? This is from Planet Fitness Head Office, official mail account, but there is no way of contacting them! Most other companies send a mail to say that they have missed a debt order and give a link to make the payment or to make an arrangement but not Planet Fitness!
