When I moved to Laezonia 4 years ago I changed from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness. Last Year July Planet Fitness took my R661 per month fee and Charge me R1368. WHen I queries I was told that it was due to me changing Medical Aids. This I can understand, What I refuse to accept is that they change my Debit order without notification and advising me, and they did not provide options. I cancelled, and am having extreme challenges with Planet Fitness, who are still deducting money from me, saying I owe them. Please explain how that works. If I cancel, you stop my membership and stop charging me. A Year later, I am still being debited as if I owe them money, to the extent they have instructed a debt collecting agency to collect money from me. In My opinion and factually, I cancelled in August of 2023, and I do not owe them money. When I try to call them, it is extremely difficult, and to get someone someone who understands basic maths, even more challenging.
