Clueless and messing up

<p>So I took out a membership for myself at Wanderes Club and the person who assisted me was Promise.</p> <p>After all the documentation was done the sign up fee was way to much as I made to understand the once off membership fee was for me and my wife and not for each person, I signed up using vitality. So I declined the membership for my wife and took the black tag package but didn't sign the documentation for the tag. I signed up the friday and returned the monday to get my wife's own membership and Promise assisted again and then he promised that he would cancel the black tag membership as it's not needed anymore, I sent a few follow up emails requesting if this was done or not but no feedback received. Today I phoned and they confirmed that I was still on the black tag membership, so nothing was done from Promise's side to resolve this and I am paying for a useless membership I dont need. Resolve this and refund my extra money I paid and I would like a PlanetFitness bag as an appology.</p>
