CLIENTS ARE NOT TREATED THE SAME WAY!!!

Can not wait for my contract to end so that I can go to a gym where all the client's are treated the same and can get the same packages. I refered 2 of my friends to Planet Fitness and they have the same policies as me and as long as they gym 12 times a month they get a contract for half the price that I am currently paying!! When I app**** at the gym they did not explain to me all the different packages or asked me if I have any policies. My friends did not even app**** at the gym while there was a special as the other consultants said they always have alot of different packages if depends which policies you have and medical aid... Rather go to a gym where all the client's get treated the same way. I will never refer some one again and will rather refer them to some one else with the same facilities. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE
