CLIENT SERVICE NON EXISTENT PLANET FITNESS FOURWAYS

<p>The steam room at Fouways Planet fitness is far to hot and you cannot use it unless you want to get 3rd degree burns. I have complained to management about this on several occassions and nothing has been done. I then phoned Planet Fitenss' national complaints ref no. ********** and was told there is a 24 hour turn around time - WELL it is now 3 days later and as yet i have not heard a thing. I am paying for a service and they don't seem to care about their clients!!!</p>
