CLASS CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE

Today is the third time that there was no prior communication from Planet fitness Menlyn's management side that a STEP class has been cancelled. 3 minutes before the class should start the manager came and said that there won't be STEP class today and that it is replaced by another class. This is really a frustration as I plan when to go to the gym for specific things. And I'm sorry to say, but I don't believe you, mr manager when you said "We're doing the best we can".

First of all, I know that sometimes life happens but I feel that when the STEP class instructor arange in advance (as she did) that she won't be able to make it, management should either... 1) arrange for another instructor to do a STEP class that day (not a kick boxing class or some other class) OR 2) put up a note on the Planet Fitness Menlyn website at the class schedules to notify all the clients of the change - that there won't be a STEP class.

I am very disappointed that I moved from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness Menlyn.
