Appalled by customer service, after being a member of the gym for close to a year they had me signed up at the wrong location and after multiple attempts to change locations for ease of access they couldn’t care less and do nothing. Finally when I cancel my membership, I get hit with a huge cancelation fee close to R3K where I was initially sold the idea that I could give months notice and pay less, I all of sudden get told that they don’t do that, whether they change their agreements/contracts without telling us or they have salesman that sell us lies just so they fill their ****my pockets. Save your time and your money and go to better more reliable, trustworthy brand.
