Children not welcome at Planet Fitness Castle Gate

This morning my daughter of 12 years old was told to get of the tread mill immediately after we were told when opening the gym contract that she is allowed to use the exercise bike and tread mill under parental supervision. She has been using the tread mill on numerous occasions before with Planet Fitness staff moving about in the past. Today because a gentleman came and stood behind her looking at her as she ran because he wanted to use the tread mill, she was told to get of immediately!!!! We asked on three differnet occasions if she will be able to use the tread mill and bicycles before moving over to Castle Gate!!! My personal view on this is that they over marketed the Gym and now are looking for excuses to get rid of people
