Childcare getting taken away with out members knowing

Good day Im firstly very ****ed off at the gym at the moment. I got told today by a childcare assistant (charne) not even the a manager ...that there will no longer be childcare in the new soneike gym. This is ****en ridiculous as we were at platterkloof and when we moved to soneike i got told the new gym is going to have a beautiful outside and inside play area for.the kids. I do not have care takers to take care of my kids while i gym so dont the other mommies who come to gym. I signed up to the gym knowning that they had a good childcare now you taking that facility away that you were providing. I will be taking this matter futher. As should i cancel you they would expect us to pay cancellation fees and penalties which is not fair as they are the onces that provided a service and then just go take it away. Im blady fuming now.
