Cheap for a reason.

Wow, actually WOW. Im disgusted with planet fitness! Talk about just squeezing you for every cent they can hey.

I was already an unhappy customer from equipment NEVER working (Treadmills that constantly turn off about 3 mins into a run). We have mentioned this multiple times in the past 4 years of going to gym but nothing ever gets done about it. Many other complaints but not even what im this angry about.

I canceled my membership and the consultant I spoke to said my last payment would be January (I canceled in Jan). The end of Feb comes along and I get debted even though i haven't been there that entire month and I'm meant to be month to month. So already i find it so scaly that they charge you to the next calendar month but you don't have the service and to add insult to injury they increased their preminums as well (which by the way they DO NOT INFORM YOU ABOUT).

So im pretty angry now, charging me when you claim you wont and increasing the amount. I reversed the debt order because to me this is incorrect then what i was told. I call AGAIN to ask why im being debted and they said that it says so in my contract. Im angry but I understand so i get the details and i do the payment and send proof of payment.

I get a call this morning "Your payment was late and you owe a penalty fee of R20" are you for ****ING REAL RIGHT NOW! Are you not digested by yourselves??? I just complained about no transpancy in the last call and you forget to mention that I will be required to pay an EXTRA FEE.

Pathetic. Have you no shame and just a suggestion if you pay your employees more maybe they will stick around longer than two months.
