charging client for not using there gym at all in over 2 years !!!!

Good Day , i have been trying to cancel my planet fitness account since 2019 , i relocated from Jhb to Cpt , there is no gym close to where i stay and asked you guys to cancel , you tell me i need to pay a big ass cancelation fee , here i am 2 years later being debited still for a gym i am not using .... planet fitness was not accommodating and helping me make a plan to pay off the cancelation fee , now its been canceled and im being tols there is an amount of R 12 00 owed ? for qhat fro a gym i dont go to , for trying to cancel the membership ? no feedback or anythnig trying to assit me !!!!!
