Charging arrears for a cancelled contract

<p>I had cancelled my contract in 2012 and sent a confirmation email as I could not be there in person. In July 2013, I was contacted by Saya debt collectors indicating that I was in arrears. I strongly disputed this then contacted the Plattekloof branch and provided the supporting information to Dale and also sent this to Morne from Saya. I heard nothing until today, 10 September 2016, when Saya indicating that I am in arrears. I indicated that I owe them nothing as I sent confirmation of cancellation and have never been to the gym since 2012. I have never been contacted by Planet Fitness in all this time confirming any problems. I will not pay a cent as I believe that I have done nothing wrong and think that this is blatant ******ion!</p>
