Charged for being loicked out of gym.

I have attended this GYM since it was opened. In February Gym simply stopped debiting my account and I wasn't allowed to visit the gym. Multiple complaints and half-a year down the line I am still not allowed to cancel my account or to visit the gym, however being billed for this whole period. No manager had even bothered to call . Call-center agent Patricia (Call center Agent 32) like the damaged vinyl disc repeats one and same? that I can pay discount of 50% for outstanding fee. My question to all of PF account department. Would they pay even 10% for not being allowed to the facility????
